Loyalty Program Policies

Daycare under the loyalty program are valid for the daycare services that meet program requirements. Valid on weekdays, weekends, and holidays (holidays subject to additional charge). Frequency of daycare stays in any 30 day period must remain at the stated frequency to be eligible for loyalty program pricing. Payment for the full cost of any and all daycare is due at time of service and is not refundable and nontransferable and not valid for credit, cash value, or reimbursement or applicable to any other services or products. Each daycare date is valid for up to 12 hours of daycare services on each daycare service date with any additional service hours exceeding 12 hours subject to additional charges. Any unused days and hours less than 12 hours are forfeited and are nontransferable and not valid for credit, cash value, or reimbursement or applicable to any other services or products. Loyalty program applies to each individual dog, unless otherwise agreed upon by BTW. Loyalty program daycare services are considered in the manner of 1 daycare service/dog/day.
