Beyond training classes are designed to meet each student where they are at through dynamic instruction and strategic actionable steps.

Class Interest Form

We strive to schedule classes based on the availability provided in the interests forms. Use the form at bottom or via the button above to submit your interest in classes.

Please do not use the enroll button or pay for classes until your form has been reviewed or you have spoken with us to ensure the class you are interested in is the optimal education for your needs. all prices listed below are for the full set of classes.

Beyond Training Classes

NEW! Treadmill, Slatmill, & Spring Pole Class $300 | 6 weeks

introduction to treadmill, slatmill , and spring pole use for dogs and their people. how to properly use equipment and safety tips. once dogs are comfortable on the mills and spring pole, classes are exercise opportunities to keep dogs in shape year-round.

mills are indoors, temperature controlled. spring pole is outdoors in a six foot, fenced in yard.

Reactivity $300 | 6 weeks

strategies and techniques to help dogs that run from, panic at, or lunge or bark at people or other dogs on walks or while out in public spaces. A fit for dogs that display outward behaviors or fleeing behaviors from a root of anxiety, fear, excitement, or aggression.

Engagement & Strategy $300 | 6 weeks

a fit for a variety of training goals from sport competitors and pet therapy teams to service dog handlers and pet owners seeking growth in their dog's handler engagement. Strategies and techniques for improving attention and focus, curating drive, rewarding with intention, fundamentals of teaching behaviors, and developing genuine buy-in. Dogs of a variety of drive and personalities (including nervous, fearful) are welcome.

Beyond Puppy $400 | 8 weeks

a comprehensive approach to setting puppies up for success through meaningful socialization, appropriate exposure, relaxation and enrichment techniques, and preventative training. 

Leash Walking Foundations $200 | 4 weeks

foundations for leash walking, teaching beginner leash walking behavior and basic reinforcement technique. group class will divide to Leash Walking for Life based on owner's goals and end of class review. 

Leash Walking for Life: R+ $200 | 4 weeks

prerequisite: Leash Walking Foundations 

furthering consistency of relaxed leash behaviors. Leash Walking Foundations group class divides into two groups for Leash Walking for Life based on owner's goals and end of class review. 

Leash Walking for Life: Balanced $200 | 4 weeks

prerequisite: Leash Walking Foundations 

furthering consistency of relaxed leash behaviors. Leash Walking Foundations group class divides into two groups for Leash Walking for Life based on owner's goals and end of class review. 

Dog to Dog Interhousehold Conflict $400 | 8 weeks

evaluating dogs with conflict with another dog in the home and establishing management and conflict reducing solutions.

Public Etiquette $400 | 8 weeks

dogs presenting reactivity are encouraged to complete our Reactivity class before considering our Public Etiquette class as reactivity solutions will not be addresses. preparing dogs for public outings and behaving cooperatively in social settings, handlers may opt to be evaluated for the AKC CGC and CGCA titles as the last class of the series ($35 additional cost for each the CGC and CGCA evaluations). *see documents at bottom for lists of behaviors for CGC titles. 

Crate Comfort $200 | 4 weeks

a gradual approach to acclimating dogs to feeling comfortable while in a crate for dogs that feel frustrated or concerned when confined whether at home or while traveling or trialing. this class may not be appropriate for dogs experiencing separation anxiety. at this time, participants must bring their own crate to class that they intend for their dog to become comfortable in. 

Rally Novice Basics $300 | 6 weeks

step by step instruction on each sign and skill within the novice level of AKC Rally, a comprehensive class for sport competitors or an enriching activity for owners looking for something new with their dog. Basics begins with training with clarity and precision for foundational Rally behaviors. A fit for beginner and experienced Rally teams alike.

Rally Novice Applied $300 | 6 weeks

prerequisite: Rally Novice Basics

step by step instruction on each sign and skill within the novice level of AKC Rally, a comprehensive class for sport competitors or an enriching activity for owners looking for something new with their dog.

Trick Class Novice $300 | 6 weeks

teaching tricks for AKC Novice Trick Title (*select tricks will not be taught due to limitations). last class is a talent show during which each dog/handler pair will show off their favorite tricks during which handlers may opt to be evaluated for the AKC Novice Trick Dog title by performing the required quantity of tricks ($35 additional cost for trick title evaluation due at time of evaluation). *see documents at bottom for lists of tricks. 

Trick Class Intermediate $300 | 6 weeks
